Annual production of 5,000 tons of lychee wine factory designAbstractThis design is designed for an annual output of 5000 tons of litchi wine factory.Litchi (Feizixiao)and water are used as the main raw materials to produce litchi winethrough fermentation.The annual production days are 264 days,and the productionpeak season and litchi mature season are synchronous.After considering the litchiproduction,geographical environment,transportation and other conditions inGuangdong Province,the production process design,material balance calculationbased on the data obtained,equipment selection based on the results of materialbalance calculation,general layout design of the whole plant,site selection of theplant,economic accounting and production end treatment are carried out.Finally,theequipment process flow chart,production workshop layout plan and general layout ofthe whole plant are drawn with CAD.Keywords:litchi wine;fermentation;process design;factory design
