AbstractAbstractSteam permeation is one of the most effective technologies for separating mixedsteam.Different from pervaporation,in this process,because the hydrophilic groupson the membrane surface only contact with water vapor,the swelling coefficient ofthe membrane will be weakened,which not only retains some advantages ofpervaporation,but also overcomes some disadvantages of pervaporation.Therefore,membrane dehumidification technology has attracted much attention because of itshigh selectivity,low energy consumption,simple process and no secondary pollution.The core technology is to prepare high-performance and pollution-free ultrafiltrationmembrane.Therefore,the key to industrialization of this technology is to prepare gasultrafiltration membrane with strong hydrophilicity,high dehumidification efficiencyand good stability.The low flux and the bad correlation of rejection of the existing flatmembrane mechanism restrict the further application of the flat membrane in theindustrial field.In this paper,cyanoethylcellulose modified PVA vapor permeablemembrane was prepared by solvent evaporation.With the increase of HEC content,the gas dehumidification performance of the membrane also increased first and thendecreased,with an optimal rate of 73.10%.The membrane was prepared and modified.A 300 m'per day flat film scraper is designed,which can accurately control the filmthickness and other kinds of film making process conditions,and ensure therequirements of film making repeatability,so as to meet the market demand for film.Key words:Hydroxyethyl cellulose polyvinyl alcohol steam permeation flatmembrane machin
