北京理工大学珠海学院Design of a plant with an annual output of 11,000 tons ofmaltodextrinAbstractMaltodextrin can also be called water-soluble dextrin,and after control anddegradation,it can become a product with a low degree of starch hydrolysis,whosevalue is less than 20%,and is simply referred to as MD.Dextrin and oligosaccharidesare the main components of maltodextrin.It contains at least four kinds of sugar,andthe content of maltose and glucose is also very small.It has a wide range of rawmaterials and abundant reserves.At present,the most important method ofhydrolyzing corn flour is enzymatic method,which is also one of the corn flour seriesproducts with good market prospects,wide application and rapid development ofproduction scale in China in recent years.The design is for the design of a 110 million ton maltodextrin workshop.The main contents include the introduction of maltodextrin,production methods,process flow,material balance,and equipment selection.The layout of the workshophas five major layouts.In this respect,there is a more detailed description of theproduction process of maltodextrin.The production process includes the research ofmaltodextrin and combining the production characteristics of maltodextrin,and theenzyme method is selected as the production method,and the finished product isremembered after the two-stage process.First,after acidification by adding amylase,then spray liquefaction to make DE value reach a suitable value,then after addingheat treatment,enzyme conversion and neutralization,adding diatomaceous earthfiltration and activated carbon decolorization and then filtering,after ion exchangeAfter evaporation and spray drying,the final product can be packaged.According to the maltodextrin production process,a specific equipment selectionand workshop design are carried out,hoping to make the entire production process aslow-cost and efficient as possible,and to maximize environmental protection andenergy saving on the basis of normal production.
