北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractThe new energy vehicle battery cooling heat exchanger is a kind of base material which canreduce the heat of battery and make the efficiency of battery in operation better.The design is850 long,220 wide and 100 high.The surface treatment of aluminum plate galvanizing,usingelectroplating,makes the surface of heat exchanger anticorrosive and cooling better.Electrodeposited coating is an ideal zinc coating with low price and easy source selection.Thethickness of electrodeposited coating is 12 u m,which can be brazed and anticorrosive.Theelectroplating solution selected in this process is zinc sulfate,which can not only protectenvironment but also accelerate galvanizing.This design mainly includes formula design,hanger design,process flow,material balance,etc.Keywords:zinc plating on aluminum;Hanger design,process flow and material balance
