北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The annual output of 450,000 tons of p-xylene productionprocess designAbstractIn this paper,the annual output of 450,000 tons of methanol aromatization method to preparep-xylene production process device was selected as the design topic.The entire process wassimulated and calculated by aspen plus software,and the key parameters in the process weredetermined.These parameters were used as the basis for calculation.This design mainly from theequipment's material balance and energy balance,equipment calculation,equipment selection,workshop layout design and three waste treatment and other aspects to proceed,completeparaxylene production process design.The emphasis is on a series of calculations of towerequipment,such as material balance,energy balance,operating temperature,reflux ratio,traynumber,feed position,tower height,tower diameter,etc.Key words:Paraxylene (PX),process flow,distillation tower,material balance,energybalanceⅡ
