北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 4 million mobile phone shell plating workshop andprocess designAbstractWith the development of electroplating industry,people are not only satisfied withsimple functional coatings,but also pursue decorative coatings with beautification effect onproducts.In order to meet the needs of the products there are both special functionalrequirements and decorative,people began to research all kinds of beautiful finishes,a beganto develop most of the plating is bright plating,bright luster,is really beautiful,but in someoccasion because visual intense stimulation to the person,easy to form the visual fatigue,inorder to solve this problem,colour and lustre downy pearl nickel arises at the historic moment.This design is used and has the development prospect each craft carries on the comparison,selects the more environmental protection to be able to produce conforms to the decorationgood,has the corrosion resistance coating the mobile phone housing request craft.Becausethe workpiece substrate of the design process is steel pieces,not directly plated with nickel,sothe use of copper on the workpiece before the way of pearl nickel plating.This design fromelectroplating process and formula selection,three waste treatment and other aspectscombined with the design,the purpose is to design a complete production line capable ofproducing 4 million mobile phone shell.Keywords:Pearl nickel;protection;decoratio
