北京理工大学珠海学院2020届毕业论文设计Factory design of 800000 sets of electric bicycle batteries peryearAbstractWith the continuous reduction of traditional energy and the aggravation of environmentalpollution,the development of new energy has become the top priority at present,and lithiumiron phosphate power battery has become one of the new energy favored by people because ofits excellent performance and good environmental protection.In this design,the lithium iron phosphate material is used as the positive active materialfor the process design,and the battery is made through the excellent processes such as theproduction of positive and negative pole materials,the production of pole pieces,and thewinding of electric core.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the battery designappropriate process parameters,determine the relevant process parameters of the singlebattery,and then develop the battery production process.On the basis of process design,calculation and workshop layout,in order to make the production process meet therequirements of safety and environmental protection,the treatment of some waste water in theproduction is also designed,the cost is also calculated,and the process flow chart andworkshop layout are drawn.Keywords:Lithium iron phosphate battery:Process planning:Industrial wastes control
