北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of 300000 t/a biomass fuel ethanolAbstractChina is rich in cellulosic biomass materials,which can meet the demand of fuel ethanolproduction.The production of fiber ethanol can replace the fuel ethanol produced bytraditional food crops,and reduce the problem of raw materials and people competing forfood.The aim of this design is to produce cellulosic fuel ethanol.The cellulosic biomassis used as biomass,and the high efficiency pretreatment technology and enzyme strain areused to improve the economic benefits for the production of cellulosic ethanol.Amongthem,the breeding of ethanol producing microorganism is the key point of fermentation.Continuous enzymatic hydrolysis to produce cellulosic ethanol is a high-end clean energytechnology in this design.Hydrolysis saccharification and ethanol fermentation are carriedout at the same time (SSF),and it can replace the traditional grain ethanol productiontechnology.At the same time,this design realizes the high value and resource utilizationof the development waste,reduces the production cost and emissions,and is also one ofthe highlights of the design.According to the results of material balance and materialbalance,select the basic equipment,draw the process flow chart and plant layout.Key words:fuel ethanol,cellulosic ethanol production,continuous enzymolysis,simultaneous saccharification and fermentation4
