北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process and Workshop Design of Lithium-ion Battery forTesla Sports Car with Annual Production Capacity of 15GWhAbstractThis design uses the new model 21700 battery as the lithium-ion battery for Tesla sportscar,which has higher energy density,lower cost and better safety performance.Model 21700battery cathode material uses high energy density NCA(ternary nickel cobalt lithiumaluminate),while 1%graphene is doped to improve cycle performance and further improvesafety;negative electrode uses artificial graphite;PP/PE/PP composite separator is used tocoat PVDF;electrolyte;LiPF6 (lithium hexafluorophosphate)uses EC and EMC(EC:EMC=3:7)as solvent;conductive graphite is used as conductive agent;PVDF/NMP;isused as binder.The positive electrode lug is aluminum,the negative electrode lug is nickel,the battery shell is aluminum alloy shell,the positive current collector is aluminum foil,andthe negative current collector is copper foil.These materials produce qualified 21700 typebattery through the complete technological process;the design content also includes thecalculation of battery parameters,equipment selection,cost budget,three waste treatment,plant layout and so on.Keywords:21700 Li-ion battery for Tesla sports car,NCA doping modification,composite diaphragm surface coating
