北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Process Design of Coal-to-ethanol Production with an AnnualOutput of 150,000 TonsAbstractThis design is to synthesize ethanol on the basis of clean syngas underappropriate reaction environment and catalyst.Ethanol is synthesized by synthesis gassynthesis.The reaction conditions under this method are milder than others,and thesupporting technology is more mature,and the yield is higher than other methods.Therefore,this method first reacts in a reaction tower with fixed tube plates,and onthis basis,an atmospheric distillation column is added for separation and purification.Analysis and research on existing technologies can promote the reform of ethanolproduction technology in China,improve production efficiency,and strengthenproduction technology to meet the new needs of medical and new energydevelopment.This design includes analysis and discussion of product market and productionprocess,production equipment,process flow,material balance,heat balance,equipment selection,three waste treatment and industrial supporting facilities.Ethanol is a chemical raw material with extremely high industrial value.On the levelof economic development and improvement of chemical production,its rationaldevelopment is an indispensable part.Keywords:Ethanol;syngas;new energy;process design.2
