北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Design and production of 100 000 sets of lithium ironphosphate batteries for electric bicyclesAbstractThis graduation design is introduced by the lithium iron phosphate performanceforuse of the positive electrode material of lithium ion batteries,lithium ironphosphate power battery and other material choice,compared the various materialsassembled into the advantages and disadvantages of the lithium iron phosphate battery,design out of the process in the manufacture of lithium iron phosphate batteries,alsodesigned for electric bicycle lithium iron phosphate power battery by series-parallelassembled into a set of power battery,illustrates the process needed to use themachinery and equipment,and slag waste water in the waste gas design provides atreatment scheme,design a battery production workshop layout diagram.In addition,it also calculated the consumption and cost of each part of the materials needed toproduce 100,000 sets of lithium iron phosphate batteries annually,the number of staffand wage costs,etc.,and finally obtained a complete design scheme for theproduction of lithium iron phosphate batteries for electric bicycles.Keywords:Performance introduction;Material selection;Process flow;Dosageparameter
