Production process design of polyimide film with annual outputof 1000 tonsAbstractPolyimide (PI)films have good physical properties,wear resistance,heatresistance,corrosion resistance and insulation,which are widely used inmicroelectronics,liquid crystal,aerospace.In addition to the above value,PI film canalso have high toughness,non-toxic,certain transparency,and now it is also tried tobe used in medical products.Due to the good market space and application value of PI film,the productiondesign of PI film is carried out in this design,and the expected output is 1000 tons peryear.In view of this design,by consulting materials,reading books and literature todetermine the basic materials,solvents and shielding gases,it was decided to usep-phenylenediamine and biphenyltetramethylic anhydride as the basic materials toproduce PI films.Then through the material,heat,equipment,cost and other aspectsof unified accounting,and then draw the whole process flow chart,the mainequipment diagram and workshop layout,the annual production of 1000 tons ofpolyimide film production process design.Key words:polyimide,polyimide film,production process design
