北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of polyester acrylate for UV curing coatingwith annual output of 1000 tonsAbstractPolyester acrylates is a kind of using acrylic polyol polyester base material foresterification reaction and the introduction of light in the molecular structure of reactive groupof oligomer,has good toughness and pigment wetting,good flexibility,low shrinkage,goodadhesion,excellent performance and low cost,there is a big market advantages,is widelyused in coatings,printing ink,paint.The coating based on polyester acrylate is more in linewith the current green coating requirements,the curing rate is fast,and there is a broad marketspace.The design with an annual output of 1000 tons of UV coating polyester acrylate for theproduction process design.Firstly,the development of polyester acrylate at home and abroadis analyzed,and some Suggestions are put forward.Compared with the current productionmethod,the "two-step method"is adopted to produce polyester acrylate by polycondensationaddition reaction.The production mechanism,preparation method,formula design,equipmentmaterials and so on are described.Identify the problems and solutions that should beaddressed.Carry out material balance calculation,heat balance calculation and processequipment calculation rigorously,list the material balance and heat balance table,amongwhich the equipment process calculation includes the design of the kettle body and the designof the mixing device.And through the above design data integration reasonable design plant.And budget the cost and design three waste disposal.In this design,the factory buildingcovers an area of 3000m2 and is equipped with a 3-floor t-type production workshop.Theannual output is 1000 tons,and the annual profit before tax is about 1199.3749 million yuan.Keywords:polyester acrylate;production technology route;balance calculation;equipment;three wastes treatment2
