北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The preliminary design of the technology of 600 tons per yearNontoxic Plasticizer Tributyl acetylcitrateAbstractIn this design,600 tons of non-toxic plasticizer acetyl tributyl citrate production processdesign.To some extent,the raw materials,properties,applications and development oftributyl acetylcitrate in the world are summarized.After consulting all kinds of data andmaking a comprehensive study and comparison of their properties,the production processwith citric acid,n-butanol and acetic anhydride as raw materials and concentrated sulfuricacid as catalyst was determined.Then according to the requirements of process design,thematerial balance and heat balance of the main reaction unit are carried out,and then theprocess design of the main equipment is carried out based on the data obtained.Finally,aftera certain investigation on the spot,the plant site selection and layout are carried out for thedesign.Keywords:Tributyl acetylcitrate:technological process:equipment design
