北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production and design of ternary lithium-ion power battery forelectric vehicle with an annual output of 50000 setsAbstractThe battery design material is characterized by using high energy densitylithium nickel cobalt aluminate (NCM)as the positive material and silicon carboncomposite as the negative material.The 622 lithium-ion battery in this design is apower battery mainly used for electric vehicles.The material features of this batterydesign are as follows:high energy density nickel ternary material [nickel cobaltlithium manganate (NCM)]is used as positive material,silicon carbon compositematerial is used as negative material,pet is used as battery diaphragm,EC,DMC anddec are used as organic solvent in the ratio of 2:3:5,LiPF6 is used as electrolyte salt,and PS is used as additive.Firstly,the material selection of the 622 battery is made,and then the technological process is determined,the manufacturing process of thebattery is designed,and the technological calculation and material balance are carriedout after the battery size and relevant parameters are designed.Refer to the processcalculation and then select the equipment.Finally,the three wastes (exhaust gas,waste water and waste residue)are treated.Firstly,the material selection of the 622battery is made,and then the technological process is determined,the manufacturingprocess of the battery is designed,and the technological calculation and materialbalance are carried out after the battery size and relevant parameters are designed.Refer to the process calculation and then select the equipment.Keywords:622 Li-ion power battery;nickel cobalt lithium manganate;high nickelternary material;cathode material
