北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractRed dates are ripe fruits of the genus Rhamnoides.As the only red dateexporting country in the world,China has rich experience in the production ofred dates,and trade also occupies a certain position in the world.The quality oflife of people has gradually improved with the pace of the times,and theproduction of low-alcohol health fruit wine has become more and more popular.Jujube,as a good product combining food,medicine and supplements,isconsidered to be used in the production of health red jujube fruit wine.Themarket positioning of health red jujube fruit wine has been rapidly recognizedby the public in recent years.Therefore,red date fruit wine,as a new type ofhealth fruit wine,has the potential to be vigorously developed and should bevigorously promoted..This design specification is for the fermentation workshop of red jujubefruit wine with an annual output of 510 tons:it is made from golden silk jujubeas a raw material,undergoes a series of processing techniques,and is producedby closed fermentation under the action of yeast.This design manual is designedto design a process line suitable for industrial production of red jujube fruit wine,analyze each production process,and on this basis,design the productionfermentation workshop,design the required fermentation tank and other majorequipment,draw fermentation Workshop layout and equipment design drawings.According to the technological process,the amount of raw materials used in theproduction and processing of red jujube fruit wine was calculated,and the water,electricity and cooling consumption were calculated in the production process.Key words:Red Date Fruit Wine,Golden silk jujube,Fermentationworkshop ,Material balance2
