北京理工大学珠海学院2016届本科生毕业设计Design of apple vinegar workshop with an annual output of 60000 tonsAbstractApple is a nutritious,healthy and delicious fruit.Vinegar is a common flavoring agent onthe table.Apple vinegar is a combination of the two.Fermented by apple juice to formvinegar,it has more nutrients and rich flavor than apple and vinegar.Apple cider vinegar is abeverage with many health benefits,can control blood sugar,accelerate weight loss,enhanceskin health and so on.This design is for the workshop with an annual output of 60,000 tons of apple cidervinegar.Drawing on the current experience of the apple cider vinegar industry at home andabroad,it mainly includes the determination of the production process,material balance,heatbalance,equipment selection,etc.,and draws the process flow chart.At the same time,we payattention to environmental protection,adopt some energy-saving equipment,and strive toachieve a win-win situation between green environment and economic benefits.Keywords:Production process,material balance and equipment selection
