北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual production of 500 million tablets of loratadine oraldisintegrating tablets workshop designAbstractsLoratadine (LORA)is an antihistamine drug commonly used to relieve symptoms ofallergic rhinitis,chronic urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.At present,the loratadinedosage forms on the market are mainly tablets,capsules,and syrups.These three formulationshave greater difficulties for groups such as infants,seniors,or bed patients who have poorautonomous swallowing capabilities.Therefore,this design chooses the preparation form oforal disintegrating tablets.This preparation is convenient for people with poor swallowingability.Compared with ordinary tablets,it has the advantages of fast absorption,highbioavailability,and convenient taking.This design includes research on the current loratadine drug formulations and thepreparation process of oral disintegrating tablets,combined with the requirements for childrenand the elderly,such as drug groups,to design an oral cavity suitable for loratadine as themain drug The production route of disintegrating tablets.The product prepared by this designhopes to solve the problem of difficulty in taking medicine when people with poorswallowing ability are allergic,and to promote the research of new formulations ofanti-allergic drugs.Key words:Loratadine:Antihistamines:Allergic symptoms:Oral disintegrating tablet
