北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 50000 tons of compound orange juicebeverage plant designAbstractThe product of this design is a compound orange juice beverage which is made ofpotato juice and orange juice according to the ratio of 2:3.Through consulting a largenumber of documents,this design uses fructose syrup and natural preservative limoneneon the basis of conventional,instead of traditional white granulated sugar,sucrose andother chemical preservatives.The market potential of orange juice in China is huge,notonly the output of raw materials is huge,but also the development space of domesticmarket is abundant.At the same time,it can also be exported to most countries inEurope,with a promising future.Through material balance,production equipmentselection,personnel allocation,water and electricity estimation and economic costaccounting,the product can obtain considerable economic benefits.In addition,in theaspect of waste treatment,orange residue and potato peel should be reasonably utilizedto save energy and reduce emission,so as to maximize the benefits of the plant.Key words:Compound orange juice;fructose syrup;limonene;waste treatment;
