北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractAcrylonitrile (AN)is a widely used chemical raw material and is used in variousproduction fields.With the growing demand for acrylonitrile at home and abroad,the supplyof acrylonitrile is scarce.Most domestic acrylonitriles depend on imported products to meetmarket demand.Currently,the acrylonitrile production method consists in synthesizingacrylonitrile mainly from propylene,air and ammonia.Compared to the previous process,thismethod has obvious advantages,with many sources of raw materials,low cost and a simpleprocess.The design combines the advantages of this process with the design theme of the50,000 ton /year acrylonitrile synthesis process to determine the specific process flow,process parameters and associated equipment.The choice of process parameters includesreaction temperature,reaction pressure,contact time,feed purity,ratio and catalyst.Theprospects for future development,the state of production,the production principle and theoverview of the acrylonitrile process flow and the basic method of process synthesis areintroduced,and the calculation of the material balance and equipment thermal and mainequipment process calculation are performed.Keywords:acrylonitrile;propylene ammoxidation;process calculation
