北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科本科生毕业设计Process design of producing 100,000 tons of methanol topropylene per yearAbstractPropylene has been an important component of the chemical composition of theatmosphere,second only to ethylene.At this stage,the amount of propylene required isincreasing year by year,which is due to the rapid increase in demand for propylenederivatives such as polypropylene.In the near future,Oil resources are gradually lacking,sothe process of outputinging propylene using natural gas and coal as raw materials has causedwidespread concern.This design makes a detailed analysis of its production process method,and finally selects the methanol to propylene (MTP)production process.This design is the production process design for the annual production of 100,000 tons ofmethanol to propyleneIn the following design specifications,i use AspenPlus to simulate theprocess totally,and the depropanizer is selected as the main equipment.Theformulas and texts are listed in detail to explain the process selection,materialbalance and energy balance.Finally,PFD drawings,P&ID drawings,workshop layoutdrawings,etc.were drawn.Keywords:methanol;propylene;AspenPlus;tower equipmentselectionKeywords:methanol;propylene;AspenPlus;tower equipment selection
