北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Preliminary design of hydrolysis section of methyl acetate withannual output of 46,000 tonsAbstractThis design is a preliminary design for the hydrolysis section of methyl acetate with anannual output of 46,000 tons.The physical application and development prospect of methylacetate and the composition of hydrolysates are summarized.After consulting the related literatureand comparing the hydrolysis process of other methods,finally,the hydrolysis of methyl acetateby catalytic rectification was determined,and the strong acid cation exchange resin was selectedas the catalyst.According to the requirements of process design,material balance and energybalance were calculated for each tower equipment and reactor,and the main equipment processdesign,determine the selection of auxiliary equipment.After the field investigation,the economicbenefit is analyzed.Keywords:acetic acid methyl ester;Catalytic rectification;Strong acid cation enge resincatalyst:hydrolysis
