Annual output of 30000 tons acetone industrial designAbstractAcetone is an important organic chemical raw material,not only can be used as theupstream raw material of some chemical products such as methyl isobutyl ketone,but also canbe used directly as a solvent.In this design,isopropyl benzene method is used to produce acetone,and thefourth-generation technology of KBR is adopted.Under the action of fixed inorganic acidcatalyst,the concentration of 90%CHP is decomposed to get crude acetone.After twodistillation,the acetone product that meets the market standard is obtained.In this design,thesolid inorganic acid catalyst is taken the place of the traditional concentrated sulfuric acidcatalyst for catalysis,so the process of neutralization reaction is removed and the productionprocess of acetone is optimized.This paper mainly introduces two sections,CHP decomposition section and acetonerefining section.Material and Energy balance are calculated through the production load of30,000 tons of acetone per year,and then all equipment in the distillation section is selectedaccording to the results.Finally I can draw material flow chart,process flow diagram withcontrol point,equipment drawing,plant layout drawing and plant layout drawing.Key words:Acetone;Isopropyl benzene method;Process optimization;Equipment selection:Drawing
