北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual production process design of 50,000 tons ofmelt-spraying clothAbstractUnder the covid-19 outbreak in 2020,the shortage of melt-spraying cloth hassounded the alarm for people,and it is an urgent problem to increase production tomeet the market demand.The design of a scientific and reasonable planning anddesign of an annual output of 50,000 tons of melt-spraying cloth production process,and the relevant process calculation.The actual annual output was calculated to be50010285.6kg.The heating method was mainly electric heating,and the total energyinput was 1877332.79kJ/h.The workshop was rationalized to meet the productionneeds.The main equipment used is the melting spray die head,the three wastetreatment methods such as activated carbon adsorption,the treatment effect is up tostandard.Finally,the annual profit is 122.48051 million yuan.The design dataprovides an important data reference for the industrial production of melt sprayingcloth.This design first carried on the production process design,the design first carriedon the production process design,to the melt spraying cloth production process hascarried on the certain adjustment,then through the material balance,the heat balancecalculation and other work,has been able to meet the target output of the productionline.The key of this design is to heat treat the raw material PP and use some additivesto avoid the loss of product quality.In addition,in order to achieve the design goal--an annual output of 50,000 tons of melt-spraying cloth,it is necessary to customizeand add long-style melt-spraying die head components.Through calculation andreasonable layout design,9 production lines are needed to complete the task.Key words:Melt-blown method;Non-woven;High yield;Plant design
