北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The design of the annual output of 100000 tons of ethyl acetateproduction processAbstractEthyl acetate is a widely used solvent in chemical production.There are many ways toproduce ethyl acetate.For ethyl acetate produced by other traditional processes,ethanoldehydrogenation and acetic acid/ethylene addition have more advantages in mechanics andeconomy,and are more widely used in domestic and foreign enterprises.Acetaldehydeproduction process is relatively simple,and the reaction conditions are mild,less corrosive tothe equipment.Compared with other methods,it is also environmentally friend;it has a betteradvantage in chemical production.In this paper,the acetaldehyde condensation method is used to calculate the material andheat balance of the relevant materials for the production of ethyl acetate,and the selection ofthe main equipment in the production.Taking the deacetaldehyde tower as an example,according to relevant literature;the tower body is operated at atmospheric pressure.Throughcalculation,the reflux ratio is 3,the number of plates is 66,and the height of the tower is33.30m.By correlation calculation,the size of the tower is designed.According to the natureof material,continuous stirring reactor is used.At last,the process flow chart is drawn to meetthe production requirements.This design process meets production safety standards and canbring good benefits to the enterprise.Key words:ethyl acetate;production process;acetaldehyde condensation method
