年产2万吨聚苯乙烯吸附树脂的生产工艺流程设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of 20000 tons polystyrene resin per yearAbstractIn this design,the synthesis process is designed with an annual output of 20000 tons ofpolystyrene adsorption resin.The synthesis method and product application are introduced.The production process,raw material formula and process conditions of suspensionpolymerization are described.The intermittent production process is adopted in the design,including material and heat balance and selection equipment.At the same time,the equipmentprocess calculation design the kind of reactor.The actual volume of the reactor is 6.516 m3,the diameter of the reactor body is 1.8 m,and the design of the mixing device and the designof the heat transfer device.As stated in the previous paragraph,through the above calculationresults,we can know the total investment cost.To wind up with,we have designed three kindsof waste treatment pertinently,it includes waste gas treatment,waste water treatment andwaste residue treatment.Keywords:Polystyrene adsorption resin:suspension polymerization:Polymerizationprocess design:Material balance calculation and Caloric balance calculation
