Design of ibuprofen production workshop with an annual outputof 460 million tabletsAbstractIbuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)that is commonly used inclinical practice.In recent years,great breakthroughs have been made in the research ondosage forms of ibuprofen.Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule can reduce the frequency ofmedication,reduce the stimulation of gastrointestinal tract,and improve the safety andefficacy of medication.By consulting relevant literature and the research of some scholars,combinng with the on-site production situation of the pharmaceutical company and thediscussion of the leaders responsible for the production module during the internship,thedesign learns the production process of the pharmaceutical company,and simulates thenormal production process of the pharmaceutical company by drawing on the experience ofthe planar layout of the production workshop of the pharmaceutical company and this designsimulates the normal production process of pharmaceutical factory,designs the productionworkshop of ibuprofen sustained-release capsule,including to determine the suitableproduction scale and output design reasonable prescription,selects a reasonable technologicalprocess,determine the right production equipment and layout accord with standard productionworkshop floor plan to further optimize all aspects and improve the economic benefits of thefactory.The content of ibuprofen sustained-release capsule is sustained-release pellets.Sucrose-type blank pellets were used as parent nuclei.The pellets containing ibuprofen wereprepared by powder stratification.Keywords:Ibuprofen:Pellet:sustained-release capsule:Powder stratification
