年产1万吨EVOH高阻隔树脂生产工艺流程设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of EVOH high-barrier resin with an annualoutput of 10,000 tonsAbstractEVOH resin is widely used in packaging materials and gasoline cans due to its good gasbarrier properties and excellent processing performance.Taking into account the contradiction between domestic supply and demand of EVOH resinand the broad market prospects,this graduation project intends to produce EVOH high-barrierresin that meets China's national conditions.With reference to the production process flow ofmajor EVOH resin production plants in the world and domestic research results,it wasdetermined that the EVA resin was first produced in this design and then the process flow andproduction formula of EVOH resin were obtained through saponification.According to theabove production process design and set target output,make preliminary material and heatbalance calculation,equipment selection and cost accounting.Finally,a reasonable plantlayout and plant equipment layout are designed,and the design should consider the maximumcost reduction and pollution reduction.Keyword:EVOH resin;preparation of EVA;saponification reaction;synthesis processdesign
