北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Preparation of high elastic polymer anti bindingmemory rubber for tirePolymer anti binding memory rubber is a kind of rubber material with good adhesion,high toughness,strong elasticity,anti binding and explosion-proof,good oxidation resistanceand chemical stability,which is mainly used in new safety tires.This paper is to explore theformulation,preparation methods and conditions,as well as the application fields of thepreparation of high elastic polymer anti ligation memory adhesive,so as to solve the problemsthat the existing polymer anti ligation memory adhesive is easy to be punctured due to its lowelasticity and toughness.In this paper,on the basis of the existing technology,the proportionof rubber based polymers,elastomers,tackifiers,antioxidants and other formula materials iscontinuously adjusted by using liquid rubbers such as liquid EPDM and liquid NBR.Throughthe synergistic effect of various materials,the elasticity and adhesion of the rubber materialare greatly improved,and the formula of high elastic polymer anti binding memory adhesiveis obtained Spraying the compound on the inside of the tire to prepare the safety tire canreduce the amount of compound used,reduce the weight of tire coating,reduce the cost of useand reduce the energy consumption when the tire is used.In addition,due to the improvementof adhesion,it also reduces the risk of degumming in the use process.Key words:formula;rubber based polymer;spraying;safety tire;resistance to binding
