北京理工大学珠海学院2016届本科生毕业设计Synthesis process design of medical transparent PP resin withannual output of 10000 tonsAbstractPP has good chemical properties,good wear resistance,heat resistance and insulation,and has a wide range of use value in electronics,packaging and equipment.In addition to theabove value,medical transparent PP can also have high transparency,non-toxic and bettertransparency,which is widely used in medical products.Due to the good market and application value of medical transparent PP,the productiondesign of medical transparent PP resin is carried out in this design,with the expected target ofannual output of 10000 tons.In view of this design,through consulting materials,reading books and literature todetermine the basic materials and catalysts,we decided to use PP powder as the basicmaterials to produce medical transparent PP.Then through the unified accounting of materials,heat,equipment,cost and other aspects,and then draw the whole process flow chart andequipment plant,to complete the synthesis process design of the medical transparent PP resinwith an annual output of 10000 tons.Keywords:Medical products,transparent PP,transparent agents
