Technological process design heat resistant PA6T/66 resin withunusual output of 10000 tonsAbstractThis design is the process design of heat-resistant PA6T/66 resin with an annual outputof 10000 tons.The data analysis is consulted.In this process,PA6T salt is synthesized byintermittent polymerization,PA6T/66 prepolymer is synthesized by normal temperatureaqueous solution polymerization,PA6T/66 resin is synthesized by high temperature and highpressure aqueous solution polymerization.The PA6T/66 resin is synthesized by solid-phase polycondensation.Select the best ofraw materials,production equipment,polymerization method and separation method in theprocess flow.Carry out physical and heat balance to ensure the accuracy of data,select theequipment,draw the process flow chart,reactor profile and workshop layout.Based on the analysis of the actual situation,we shoud be established four productionlines,each batch of which produced 7575.8kgpa6t/66 resin.The amount of raw materialsadded is 3321.98kg/batch of terephthalic acid,2323.77kg/batch of hexanediamine,5.65kg/batch of sodium hypophosphite,1900kg/batch of water,2577kg/batch of PA66 saltand 378.8kg/batch of antioxidant 1010.It is planned to produce one batch every day and work 330 days a year.Throughequipment selection,Gsh-6000L made of stainless steel and carbon steel composite materialsis obtained as the best equipment model.Frame impeller is selected as the agitator,standardellipsoidal head is selected as the head,and pressure filter pp-150 is selected as the filter type.After calculation,the total amount of products produced in one year is 10000 tons.Keywords:process design;polyamide 6T/66;Heat resistant resin.目录1前言…..............J1.1聚酰胺的种类。1.1.1脂肪族耐高温聚酰胺.2
