Production process design of low temperature curing acrylicresin with an annual output of 10,000 tonsAbstractAcrylic Resin,refers to acrylic acid,methacrylic acid and its estersor derivatives of homopolymerization and copolymerization products.These substances have excellent chemical functions,their absorption oflight is outside the spectral range of sunlight,they have excellentanti-aging and light-resistant characteristics,and they are not easy tocross-link in the process of film formation,the construction procedureis simple,dry quickly,and has excellent color retention.Therefore,itis widely used in the fields of electrical appliances,construction andmachinery manufacturing,the low temperature curing acrylic resin is themain kind of automobile repair coatings,which has excellent weatherresistance,light and color retention,physical and mechanical properties,room temperature curing and fast drying speed.Firstly,the basic properties,chemical property,appearance andapplication of the low temperature curing acrylic resin are introduced,and then the synthesis process of the low temperature curing acrylic resinis introduced,then the production status,market demand and supply statusare briefly analyzed and predicted,and some suggestions for theimprovement of resin process and product performance are put forward.Second,the AIBN was used as the initiator for the preparation of thepoly(methyl methacrylate)by comparing the commonly used process routesand production methods,the final product,polymethyl methacrylate,wassynthesized by the bulk polymerization of methyl methacrylate.Theproduction route,the mechanism of polymerization reaction and someproduction conditions were described.Draw a process flow diagram withcontrol points for the process line and conditions,and write down thefactors that affect the quality of the product.Then the whole productionprocess of material balance,heat balance and production facilitiesselection calculation,and list the material balance table and heatbalance table and draw the material balance chart.The calculation ofequipment technology includes the design of kettle body,the design ofagitator and the design of heat transfer device.Through the integrationof the above calculation results,a reasonable plant layout is designed,including plant layout and plant equipment layout,drawing the layout andsection of plant internal equipment installation.At last,thepreliminary calculation of all kinds of production equipment and totalinvestment cost,as well as the design of three wastes treatment,including waste gas treatment,waste water treatment and waste residueII
