Design of 25MW biomass power plantAbstractWith the rapid development of world industry and economy,the consumption anddemand of energy are increasing gradually.Biomass power generation can utilize unusedagricultural waste or straw resources,to a certain extent can effectively alleviate theproblem of energy shortage.This paper mainly carried out the preliminary design of 25MW biomass power plant,aiming at the problems of the collection,storage,transportation and pretreatment of rawmaterials existing in the current biomass power plant,and the unreasonable layout ofbiomass power plant,some improvements were made.The raw materials were cured andmolded to increase the density and make it more convenient for storage andtransportation.Introduced the biomass steam boiler technology of Danish BWE company toimprove the economic benefit of biological power plant;And according to the nationalstandard reasonable planning layout,avoid the raw material malicious competition situation.The design in reference to the current biomass power project on the basis of the actualsituation,developed a process plan,and equipment selection and material accounting,theproduction capacity of the equipment,scientific and reasonable equipment supporting.According to the bagasse planting distribution in China,the factory was located inzhanjiang city,guangdong province.At the same time,in order to make the productionprocess in line with the current concept of green manufacturing,some waste gas in theproduction of the relevant process design.Keywords:Biomass power generation;Biomass pellet fuel;Curing molding
