Analysis and Display of ElectromagneticEddyCurrentImpedance Signal based on LabVIEWAbstractElectromagnetic eddy current testing is one of the main methods ofnondestructive testing.It is used to detect conductive materials without coupling.It isvery convenient and can save time.My graduation project is to design anelectromagnetic eddy current flaw detection instrument with six groups of differentialprobes in cooperation with another student.My main task is the software part,that is,using LabVIEW to design a set of programs that can be used to analyze and displaythe signals of six groups of differential probe electromagnetic eddy current inspectioninstruments.The probe part of this graduation project will use six groups of inductance coils,ADG508ACJZ multiplexing chip and AD620 amplifier chip to form a six groups ofdifferential probes,in which the AD620 amplifier chip is used as a preamplifier.Afterthat,MFLI phase-locked amplifier and data acquisition card are used to extract andA/D convert signals.Finally,the program based on LabVIEW software is used toanalyze and display the digital signal.Keywords:Virtual instruments;LabVIEW;Differential probe;Eddy current testing
