二氧化碳加氢制烯烃催化剂的设计合成与表征Catalyst design, synthesis and characterization, and CO2hydrogenation to olfinsAbstractCarbon dioxide utilization have recently attracted considerable attentions because of theincreasing concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere and its negative effects on climate.There-use of CO2,which is an abundant, economical and renewable feedstock, into valuablechemicals contributes to both climate change mitigation and energy crisis alleviation. In thispaper, the morphology, physical and chemical properties of five different iron-based catalystswere studied from the iron-based catalysts which can catalyze the reverse water gas shiftreaction (RWGS)and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction(F-T)and evaluated their propertiesfor CO2 hydrogenation to olefins. In this paper, five kinds of catalysts were designed andsynthesized:nanometer rod-shaped y-Fe2O3 with about 100 nm in length and about 10 nm inwidth, nanometer rod-shaped a-Fe2O3 with about 100 nm in length and about 10 nm in width,a-Fe2O3 with an amorphous size of 150 nm,a-Fe2O3 supported on Y-Al203,and Y-Fe203supported on y-Al2O3.These five catalysts have different morphologies, and their catalyticproperties also have their own different characteristics. In this paper, the various means areused to characterize the properties of the materials, and then their CO2 hydrogenationperformance were evaluated using fixed bed. This paper focued on the material synthesis andcharacterization. The as-synthesized materials were characterized by transmission electronmicroscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),temperature programmed reductionin H2(H2-TPR),X-ray diffraction (XRD)and in situ X-ray diffraction. It also characterizesthe catalyst after the evaluation of the reaction to explore the changes on the catalysts.Key Words:CO2 hydrogenation;Iron Oxide;Catalyzing New MaterialsII-
