中国循环经济与绿色金融的耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupl ing and Coordinating Developmentof Circular Economy and Green Finance in ChinaAbstractSince the reform and opening up,China's economy has achieved rapid growthand created great economic achievements through extensive economic growth model.However,the situation of resources and environment is becoming more and moreserious due to the extensive growth model.The traditional quantitative expansioneconomic growth model has not adapted to the current economic developmentsituation,and the economic development urgently needs to be transformed into agreen and sustainable circular development model.As the core and blood of theeconomy,finance plays a role of financial support for the development of circulareconomy,and the scale effect brought by the development of circular economy willalso feed green finance back.Promote the innovation of green finance.However,mostof the existing researches are independent researches on green finance and circulareconomy,and there are few researches on the relationship between them.Based on the existing theory of circular economy and green finance,this paperconstructs a comprehensive index evaluation system of green finance and circulareconomy.The data of relevant indicators from 2014 to 2019 are collected to calculatetheir comprehensive evaluation scores.On this basis,the coupling and coordinationrelationship between green finance and circular economy is deeply studied.It is foundthat the coupling degree between China's circular economy and green finance is highbut the coordination degree is low.Then this paper puts forward some policysuggestions that China needs to improve the green financial system and circulareconomy system,vigorously innovate green financial products,and improve thecoupling coordination mechanism between circular economy and green finance.Keywords:Circular economy;Green finance;Coupling coordination
