A survey on satisfaction of winter camp in meisha jilin songhua lake,vankeAbstract:China's youth camp is a social practice base for young people to receive goodeducation and improve their ability.The youth camp bears an important responsibility toprotect the healthy growth of young people in the future and plays an important role inimproving the quality of young people.Now China's camp industry is in a rapid developmentstage,China is a large population market is therefore large and the industry does not have aperfect mechanism,leading to the phenomenon of the current situation.This paper is throughstudy vanke mei sand-pine flower lake winter customer satisfaction investigation and study,using factor analysis method to analysis of customer satisfaction to the main factors affectingcustomer satisfaction are:the influence parents have winter camp security,winter campsupervisor level,winter campinfrastructure conditions,the service quality of the winter camp,winter camp productevaluation index,the winter camp of geographical environment,affect the safety of campershave winter camp,winter camp staff level indicators,winter camp product evaluation index.In this paper,through the study on its influencing factors as well as the literaturedevelopment Suggestions for vanke mei sand-pine flower lake winter 1,differentiation,integration of camp resources,producdevelopment camp,2,improve the quality of the teacher,the 3,building security guaranteesystem,perfecting the individual camp,4,and strengthen the communication between thecamp,innovation training content.It is hoped that the research of this paper can promote thedevelopment of the industry and enrich the research of the camp industry on the customergroup.Keywords:winter camp ;Camp Education;Satisfaction degree
