Research on the Core Competitiveness of VipshopAbstractWith the continuous development of e-commerce and the increasingly fierce competition ofe-commerce in the international market,enterprises have their own core advantages have becomean indispensable strategy in the industry.This article starts from the basic theory of enterprise corecompetitiveness,combines the research status of domestic and foreign related companies in corecompetitiveness,uses literature research methods and case study methods,and selects influentialindustries according to the characteristics of e-commerce companies.The research object Vipshopexplained the current status of Vipshop's core competitiveness and analyzed its corecompetitiveness to create a "light luxury"brand,attracting users in second-tier and third-tier cities,and the "special price"model attracted many brands and controlled Inventory and accounts havecaptured the female customer base.Regarding its core competitiveness,we analyzed the problemsstill existing in Vipshop at this stage.On this basis,further proposed specific strategicrecommendations to enhance the core competitiveness of Vipshop to help achieve the benigndevelopment of the enterprise.Keywords:Core competitiveness;Vipshop;Competitive advantage
