南方航空VIP旅客服务满意度调查研究摘要:当前随肴国家经济发展的需要以及百姓生活水平的提升,使得航空得到了极大的发展,但是在快速发展的过程中也存在诸多问题,例如,航班延误、航空服务人员服务水平不高等,都严重影响了VP旅客服务满意度。古话常言道“得民心者得天下”,在南航的发展过程中,要想得到更好的发展,就需要得VIP旅客的市场。通过研究该课题,提出相应的措施来提升南方航空VIP旅客服务满意度。本篇论文通过研究调查本南方航空VP旅客服务满意度情况,进一步提出了有针对性的提升策略。此次针对于针对南方航空VIP旅客满意度的研究思路,主要是分为三部分。第一,通过搜集相关资料,了解当前航空公司旅客满意度的现状,尤其是针对于VP旅客的服务满意度:第二,通过设计调查问卷,了解在南方航空VP旅客满意度的调查现状:第三部分,对影响南方航空VP旅客满意度的因素进行深度挖掘,以此切实提高南方航空公司VIP旅客的服务体验,进而为公司创造更多效益。关键词:南方航空:VIP旅客:旅客满意度:调查Survey on Satisfaction of VIP Passenger Service of China SouthernAirlinesAbstract:At present,with the needs of the country's economic development and the improvement of people'sliving standards,aviation has been greatly developed,but there are also many problems in the process of rapiddevelopment,such as flight delays and low service levels of air service personnel Seriously affected thesatisfaction of VIP passenger services.As the old saying goes,"The people who win the hearts of the peoplewin the world."In the development process of China Southern Airlines,if you want to get better development,you need to get the VIP passenger market.Through research on this subject,corresponding measures areproposed to improve the satisfaction of Southern Airlines VIP passenger services.This paper researches andinvestigates the satisfaction status of VIP service of Southern Airlines 'passengers,and further proposesspecific promotion strategies.The research idea for VIP passenger satisfaction of China Southern Airlines ismainly divided into three parts.First,understand the current status of passenger satisfaction of airlines bycollecting relevant information,especially for service satisfaction of VIP passengers;second,understand the
