Research on the Healthy Development of FemaleSecretarial OccupationUndergraduate:Wang XuSupervisor:Zhang Gui YingAbstract:Economic Development and social progress to the majority of women from the familyliberation,and gradually move to work.In our country,female secretaries are an important part ofthe professional female group,but they often find themselves in a dilemma between work andfamily.The healthy development of female secretary's career is not only related to the explorationof secretary's career,but also the dissection of Chinese contemporary female's career.This papertakes female secretaries in enterprises as the research object,trying to understand the professionaldifficulties and reasons they face,and how to ensure their healthy development in the workplace,which is not only conducive to enhancing our country's understanding of female secretaries,it willnot only help to strengthen the theoretical framework of the secretary system,but also help toenrich the theoretical achievements of women's career development.This paper is divided intothree main parts:the first part is about the realistic problems of the career development of femalesecretaries;the second part is about the reasons of the problems of female secretaries,in the thirdpart,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of female secretaries'occupational health,which can be used for reference for the later research.Key words:Secretary;Women;Occupational perplexity
