本科论文AbstractAs economic globalization develops and market competition continues tointensify,Huawei,as a private communications company,can occupy a place amongmany powerful multinational companies,thanks to the correct formulation ofHuawei's development strategy and reasonable strategic planning.Nowadays,with therapid integration and development of communications companies and the computerand Internet industries,the internal environment has undergone tremendous changes,coupled with the ever-changing market environment.In order to maintain thecontinued growth and profitability of enterprises,Huawei should better examine Itsown development strategy provides enterprises with a sustainable competitiveadvantage.This article takes Huawei as the research object and adopts the literature analysismethod to systematically elaborate the relevant theories of strategic management,andthen uses the Porter Five Force Model,PEST and SWOT analysis methods to analyzethe advantages,disadvantages and opportunities of Huawei in the developmentprocess.Analyze and study the challenges and understand the internal conditions ofHuawei through research on organizational structure,financial status,research anddevelopment and talent input,and put forward some suggestions that are conducive tothe implementation of Huawei's development strategy in light of specificcircumstances.Finally,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,Huawei's strategy selection and implementation are elaborated,and the existingproblems and corresponding solutions in the strategy implementation are summarized,and some practical suggestions are put forward.Keywords:Huawei;environmental analysis,;development strategy
