北京理工大学工程管理硕士(MEM)学位论文AbstractThe construction industry has always been a supportive industry of China's nationaleconomy.With the acceleration of urbanization,the scale and number of various types ofbuildings continue to expand.In the research of various project cost,people found that themanagement of project cost is also one of the very important links in the process of projectconstruction.Since the construction project involves a large number of content and is easilyaffected by many factors,it is necessary to take effective management measures toeffectively manage the project to control the construction cost within a reasonable rangeand ensure that the various resources of the enterprise can be reasonable Allocate,reduceengineering costs,and promote the development of the construction industry.In view of this,this article takes the cost control research of the undergroundintegrated pipe gallery project of Universal Studios Y Road as the topic,summarizes thecost management problems that occurred in the project,and analyzes the problems,obtainstheir causes,and summarizes them.In terms of cost management and control,includingdesign,bidding,construction,and completion stages,constructive opinions should be putforward.This article mainly uses 5 chapters to elaborate on the research.Briefly explain thebackground,purpose and means of the research.The content is mainly about the analysis ofrelated nouns and the conceptual concepts.It includes not only the main whole-process costmanagement,target cost and responsibility cost,but also the dynamic cost and valueengineering involved.Secondly,it introduces the Universal Studios Y Road UndergroundComprehensive Pipe Gallery project,including the current status of the project costmanagement and control system and the corresponding problems,and the problems arepointed out in stages,including the design stage of the project,The bidding stage,themid-term project development and construction stage,and finally the project completionstage,and the reasons are also analyzed.The cost deviation of the undergroundcomprehensive pipeline gallery project of Universal Studios Y is the main part of theanalysis,which affects the project.The factors of cost deviation have been analyzed,andthe cost management awareness of the group and project branches has been strengthened,and the cost awareness should cover all relevant personnel of the project;keep up with thetechnological update of the information age,promote the information management of
