本科论文AbstractWith the development of society,the era of culture and economy has come.In thecurrent enterprise competition,enterprise culture has become the soft power ofenterprise development,which every enterprise must pay attention to.Enterpriseculture affects the development of enterprise,and the level of enterprise culture alsoaffects the competitiveness of enterprise,so the managers of enterprise shouldattach great importance to it.Enterprise managers should also make rational use ofcorporate culture,establish a corporate culture to promote the development ofenterprises,according to the internal laws of corporate culture and the developmentneeds of enterprises,evaluate and analyze the real culture of enterprises,and build aunique corporate culture,which will promote enterprises to a better tomorrow.Enterprise culture refers to the enterprise management mode with its owncharacteristics and core values,which is formed by the enterprise managementsystem and other means in the process of its establishment and development.It isthe product of the integration of social culture and enterprise practice.This papertakes Haidilao as the research object and studies its corporate culture.First of all,itexpounds the background and significance of the research,and discusses therelevant theories and current situation of corporate culture.Secondly,it expoundsthe concept,content and characteristics of corporate culture.Based on the analysisof the status quo,internal and external environment of Haidilao enterprise,thispaper summarizes the experience of its corporate culture construction.In the end,the paper puts forward some measures that should be taken in the culturalconstruction of Haidilao enterprise.It is hoped that the research of this paper canprovide some reference for the construction of corporate culture of Haidilao andother enterprises.Key words:corporate culture;Haidilao;cultural construction
