Exploration on the Path of Guangdong Processing TradeTransformation and UpgradeAbstractForeign trade has an important impact on the Guangdong economy,and processing trade is animportant part of foreign trade.It can be seen that processing trade has an important impact on thedevelopment of Guangdong's economy and brings many benefits to the development of Guangdong.However,we must understand that the development of processing trade is also accompanied by manyproblems.Therefore,how to promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong's processing tradeis a difficult problem to be solved at present.The first chapter of this article introduces the research background and research significance,andbriefly analyzes the research situation at home and abroad.Second,analyze the current status of thetransformation and upgrading of Guangdong's processing trade in terms of the management mode of theprocessing trade,the transformation of the main body and industrial structure,and the continuousincrease in the value-added rate.Third,it elaborated that Guangdong's processing trade transformationand upgrading faced rising labor costs,excessive dependence on foreign investment,uneven distributionof processing trade regions,and weak independent innovation capabilities of processing trade enterprises.Fourth,it introduces three paths for the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong's processing trade,which are the main body upgrade,industrial upgrade,and value chain upgrade.Fifth,based on the actualsituation of Guangdong's processing trade,it is proposed that the govemment increase its support,createa stable policy environment,encourage domestic-funded enterprises to develop processing trade,optimize the industrial structure,extend the processing chain,and promote the processing trade industryto the east and west wings and Guangdong Beishan District transfer,do a good job in the introduction andtraining of talents,strengthen technological research and development and independent innovation andupgrade countermeasuresKey words:Processing Trade;Upgrade;policy suggestion
