北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文AbstractAfter a period of rapid development,the growth rate of China's real estateindustry has gradually slowed down,and the real estate market has becomeincreasingly mature.With the increasing number of real estate enterprises,the realestate industry is facing more and more fierce competition.If the real estateenterprises want to win in the fierce market competition,they are facing morechallenges than before.In the context of the rapid development of the Internet,thereal estate marketing model has also changed.As a new marketing method,Internetmarketing has injected vitality into the development of the real estate market.Network marketing brings great convenience to real estate sales and transactions,butalso puts forward new requirements for real estate enterprises.Through the analysis ofthe current situation of the development of network marketing in China's real estatemarket,taking Xining a company as an example,this paper summarizes the problemsexisting in the development of China's real estate market sales,and puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for the problems.Keywords:Real estate market Network marketing development status strategy
