功能恢复。实验研究得出IL-17中和的功能会削弱IL-17促炎因子抑制作用,L-17中和不仅可以加强NSCs的定向分化水平,并且可以显著的促进神经功能的恢复。关键词脑内出血;神经干细胞;白介素17;中和;定向分化AbstractObjective To investigate the effect of IL-17 on neuralfunction and neural stem cell differentiation in patients withspontaneous intracerebral hemorrhageObjectivespontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (sich)is a series of severecerebrovascular events with high morbidity,mortality and disability.at the experimentalanimal model and cell level,recent studies have found that il-17 cytokines are closelyrelated to the pathogenesis of sich.the aim of this study was mainly to elucidate theclinical value and mechanism of il-17 in neurofunction in patients with sich.Methods we performed a dynamic test of serum il-17 levels in 45 patients with severeintracerebral hemorrhage and in 45 normal and healthy patients.we used awell-established clinical scale to evaluate the degree of neurological impairment andneurological recovery in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in detailand rated.The neurological damage of different groups of experimental mice wasanalyzed and evaluated in detail.At the same time,the cell regeneration systemco-culture system was established,which was divided into three groups according to thecomposition,the first group was NSC culture system,the second group was NSCTCR947;8 cell group,the third group was NSCTC il-17 neutralization group in r947;8cells.finally,we tested the cell viability and different biomarkers of nscs (neural stemcells)differentiation,nestin (nestin),gfap (glial fibroacid protein),and map2(mature2
