Investigation and Research on Professional ldentity of Newly-recruitedPreschool Teachers-Take the kindergarten in YJ Town of Wuxi City as an exampleAbstract Professional identity of preschool teachers is a topic that preschooleducation pays close attention to.It represents teachers'values,sense of belonging andworking attitude,and also reflects a teacher's professional development.Taking thekindergarten in yj town as an example,through questionnaires,interviews and otherresearch methods,it was found that the main problem of the professional identity of newlyrecruited preschool teachers is that female preschool teachers are slightly higher thanmale preschool teachers,and the higher their monthly income,the higher theirprofessional identity.The professional identity of normal school students will be higherthan that of non-normal school students.the influencing factors are teachers'ownprofessional level,career motivation,social views,interpersonal relationships,kindergarten environment and professional qualifications,and salary and treatment.Therefore,the government should properly improve the economic and social status ofearly childhood teachers.Kindergartens should give more opportunities to newkindergarten teachers to attach importance to them.Teachers themselves should alsomake a correct career plan to improve the professional identity of new kindergartenteachers through these measures.Keywords New Kindergarten Teachers,Professional identity,Professional value
