A Study on Problems and Countermeasures of PrimarySchool Teachers'Time ManagementAbstract Teachers'ability to manage time will affect the quality of education andteachers 'professional well-being.In this study,the questionnaire method,interviewmethod and observation method were used to investigate and analyze the five aspects oftime management:awareness,allocation,planning,monitoring and evaluation.Theresults of the study show that primary school teachers have a weak sense of timemanagement,general time allocation,planning,and monitoring capabilities,and there is alarge room for improvement in time assessment capabilities.The reasons for this are asfollows:the social requirements for teachers are increased;the deviation of social media'sattention to teachers;the gap between actual salary and teachers'psychologicalexpectations;the non-teaching affairs are cumbersome and unreasonable;the teacherslack personal time management skills;poor personal habits;ignore time managementrecords and lack of reflection.In order to improve teachers'time management capabilities,this article proposes the following measures:teachers pay attention to professionaldevelopment and improve their efficiency;promote the new style of "respecting teachersand respecting the way";increase the salary of teachers;reduce and rationally arrangenon-teaching affairs;use time management skills;overcome bad habits that affect timemanagement;implement time management records and reflections.Key words Primary School Teachers Time Management Time utilization
