湖南中医药大学本科生毕业论文目录摘要（中英文）3引言.51.柴胡的化学成分.51.1皂苷类成分51.2挥发油成分61.3黄酮类成分81.4多糖类成分61.5其他类成分62.柴胡的药理作用72.1抗炎72.2抗抑郁72.3解热02.4保肝.2.5调节免疫力.92.6抗癫痫！92.7镇痛.92.8抗病毒92.9其他成分103.临床应用.10结语10参考文献11致谢..15湖南中医药大学本科生毕业论文摘要柴胡(Bupleurum chinense DC)在我们日常生活中是一味众所周知的中药材，它最初是在《神农本草经》中被视作上等药物，在此书中提及柴胡：“味苦，平，主入心腹”具有寒热邪气，推陈出新的功效。在张仲景所著的《伤寒杂病论》中也有所记载并且柴胡常用于方剂中配伍。柴胡中含有各种化学物质，其核心物质有皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类等。各项研究表明，柴胡含有多种药理作用，疗效十分广泛，具有抗炎、抗抑郁、抗癫痫、保肝等疗效。为此，该药在临床治疗方面应用也十分广泛，例如柴胡最常见用作机体体温异常升高，是由致热源使导致的体温异常升高，柴胡有效成分中的柴胡皂苷具有调节体温中枢达到解热的作用，最适合缓解风热感冒引起的发烧症状。不仅如此，柴胡皂苷还能有效抑制炎症，此物质能降低白细胞的活性、约束炎症介质的散发等各种炎症的进展，同时还有其它药理作用及其相关的有效化学成分。本文将对柴胡的药理作用研究进展进行综述，同时大量找查文献查阅资料，归纳并发现柴胡的药理作用进展及其有效化学成分一并概述。关键词：柴胡：药理作用：皂苷类：挥发油：黄酮类：多糖类：研究进展AbstractBupleurum chinense DC.is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine in our daily life.Itwas first regarded as a superior medicine in the Shennong Herbal Classic,in which bupleurumwas mentioned:"Bitter,flat,the Lord is in my heart"It has the effect of cold and heat,bringingforth the new.It is also recorded in Zhang Zhongjing's "Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders andMiscellaneous Illnesses",and is often used in combination with other herbs in prescriptions.Bupleurum contains various chemical substances,its core substances are saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides and so on.Various studies have shown that Bupleurum has multiplepharmacological effects and a wide range of therapeutic effects,including anti-inflammatory,anti-depressant,anti-epileptic,and liver-protective effects.Therefore,this drug is widely used3湖南中医药大学本科生毕业论文in clinical treatment.For example,Bupleurum is most commonly used for abnormal elevationof body temperature caused by pyrogens.The saikosaponins in Bupleurum can regulate thebody temperature center to achieve antipyretic effects,especially for fever caused by wind-heatexterior syndrome.The anti-inflammatory component in Bupleurum is saikosaponin,which isbest for relieving fever symptoms caused by wind heat cold.Not only that,but also caneffectively inhibit inflammation,this substance can reduce the activity of white blood cells,restrict the distribution of inflammatory mediators and other inflammatory progress,as well asother pharmacological effects and related effective chemical components.This article willreview the research progress on the pharmacological effects of Bupleurum,and at the same time,through extensive literature search and data collection,summarize and discover the progress ofthe pharmacological effects of Bupleurum and its effective chemical components.Key Words:Bupleurum;Pharmacological effects;Saponins;Volatile oils;Flavonoids;Polysaccharides;Research progress4湖南中医药大学本科生毕业论文引言柴胡是伞形科植物柴胡（北柴胡）或狭叶柴胡（南柴胡）的干燥根，其性质微寒，味辛、苦，入肝、胆、肺经。其作用是升举阳气、退热保肝。在临床中重点用于风热感冒引起的发烧，月事不调，胸胁胀痛，脱肛脏器下垂等。原名茈胡)，又称菇草、山菜、柴草等。随着现代经济的快速发展，采用了高端的技术与仪器，进行了多项研究表明，柴胡具有丰富多彩的化学有效成分，如皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类等各种物质，根据相关研究发现，柴胡的功效丰富，如保肝利胆、清热镇痛、抗菌消炎等等。在临床中用于诊治各种消化系统的疾病，如慢性胃炎、消化不良等等，还可在心脑血管疾病、心身疾病、肝胆疾病及代谢类疾病中发挥积极作用，此外，柴胡在临床上治疗抑郁症效果显著，在该领域中的研究也收获了丰厚的成果4。本文将对柴胡的药理作用研究进展进行综述，同时大量找查文献查阅资料，归纳并发现柴胡的药理作用进展及其相关的有效化学成
