超声心动图在冠心病中的诊断价值摘要目的:探讨超声心动图在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法:以2024年3月一2024年4月一个月在本院进行治疗的的110例心脏疾病患者为本次研究任务的研究对象,使用超声心动图检查其心脏室壁和冠脉各处情况,并对比其通过冠脉造影检查所得诊疗结果,并通过对其诊断结果中的异常情况分析,根据所得结果评估心脏结构功能的敏感性、准确性及其对疾病预测的价值,同时比较治疗前后患者的超声指标,包括心脏整体面积应变(GAS)、收缩末期左室容血量(LVESV)、舒张末期左室容血量(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、各节段心肌收缩期峰值速度(PMSV)、各节段舒张早期峰值速度(PMDV)等参数。研究结果显示:经冠脉造影检查,可以观察到患者的相关情况,共有99名患者表现节段性室壁运动异常阳性,而11名患者则为阴性。实际角度上,将冠脉造影检查结果作为标准,对照组有97名患者真阳性,11名为真阴性,还有2名为假阳性,没有假阴性病例。超声心动图诊断节段性室壁运动异常的敏感度达到97%.98%、特异性100.00%、阳性预测准确率100.00%,阴性预测准确率84.62%。患者治疗后超声心动图参数GAS、LVESV、LVEDV均低于治疗前,而LVEF则高于治疗前,这些变化在统计学上具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:超声心动图在冠心病多种进程监测过程中发挥着重要作用,并可以更加灵活的判断,可最大程度保证诊断的精准性,权威性。通过超声心动图对患者治疗前后病况的监测以及其心脏室壁运动异常的改变,可以更加便于医师对其各阶段的治疗与诊断。关键词:超声心动图:室壁运动异常:冠心病:冠脉造影ABSTRACTObjective:To explore the diagnostic value of echocardiography in coronary heart disease.Methods:From March 2024 to April 2024,110 cases of heart disease were treated in our hospital.And compared the diagnosis and treatment results obtained by coronary angiography,and throughthe analysis of the abnormal situation in the diagnostic results,the sensitivity and accuracy ofcardiac structure and function were evaluated according to the results,and the value of diseaseprediction was also compared before and after treatment.The parameters included global area strain(GAS),left ventricular volume at end systole (LVESV),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),peak systolic velocity (PMSV)and peak early diastolic velocity (PM DV)of each segment.A totalof 99 subjects had positive segmental ventricular wall motion and 11 were negative.In fact,usingcoronary angiography as the standard,there were 97 true positives,11 true negatives,two falsepositives,and no false negatives in the control group.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictiveaccuracy and negative predictive accuracy of echocardiography in diagnosing regional ventricularwall motion abnormalities were 97%,98%,100.00%,100.00%and 84.62%,respectively.GAS,LVESV and LVEDV were lower than those before treatment,but LVEF was higher than thosebefore treatment.These changes were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography playsan important role in monitoring various processes of coronary heart disease,and can be moreflexible judgment,Can guarantee the accuracy of diagnosis to the greatest extent,authoritativethrough the echocardiogram of patients before and after treatment of disease monitoring andabnormal changes in the heart ventricular wall motion,can be more convenient for physicians to itstreatment and diagnosis of various stagesKey words:Echocardiography;Ventricular wall motion abnormality;Coronary heart disease;Coronary angiographyΠ目录第1章引言第2章资料与方法32.1资料.32.2方法4第3章结果.53.1超声心动图在室壁运动异常诊断中的效能53.2患者治疗前后心动图参数变化对比5第4章讨论.64.1斑点追踪分层应变在冠心病中的诊断价值64.2基于二维斑点追踪技术冠心病筛查的集成机器学习方法6结论8参考文献10致谢面第1章引言近年来,我国脑卒中标化死亡率医低于国际上许多国家,但冠心病死亡和心肌梗死死亡率仍非常不乐观,在我国心血管病已成为我国民众致死的首要因素,这些因素时时刻刻的提醒着我们要时常注意心血管病的发展态势,而这些疾病的发病因素常与胆固醇水平的增加与防治工作有着重要的联系,时刻把控心血管病发病因素,要控好胆固醇病第一防线,并加强心肌梗死急救工作,尤其在农村地区医疗急救工作的开展是我们把控冠心病死亡率的最好办法。冠心病的发病率非常高,可达百分之十以上,我们常为他的不可预
